Wriwo is a writing studio for authors, journalists, creators and students. You use it to collect research, plan, write, and export your own work. These terms govern your use of the app at app.wriwo.com, the website at wriwo.com, and the Wriwo Web Clipper extension.

You need an account (handled by Clerk) to use the app. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country.

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No card is required to begin; you are only asked for payment if you choose to subscribe. When the trial ends, you can pick a plan or keep using the limited free tier.

Paid plans are offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions, and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices shown include applicable tax. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller for the transaction; Stripe collects and remits local sales tax/VAT on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

There is no binding period. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it then remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and is not a recurring subscription.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on a new purchase. Because Wriwo is a digital service, this right lapses once the service has been fully performed after you have given your express consent to start immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You keep all rights to the content you create and upload. We claim no ownership of your work. We store and process it only to run the service for you, and you can export your notes, research and manuscripts to EPUB, Word, PDF and other formats at any time. Deleting content in the app removes it from your account.

Do not use Wriwo to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

Optional AI features process the relevant content only when you trigger them. Included AI runs on our configured provider within plan limits; you can add your own API key to use more or to use premium models, in which case that usage is billed by your provider. AI output can be inaccurate - review it before you rely on it.

We work to keep Wriwo available and to improve it, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; when we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

To the extent permitted by law, Wriwo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data beyond keeping reasonable backups. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply to you as a consumer.
